I have almost 14 years of experience in these domains WW Channel support, Order management, Contracts Administrator and MRT – Management Reporting Team and my current job is with Genpact as Manager in Order Management.Order Management in an outsourced environment, supporting international clients, covering the end to end process Booking for products which includes Contract Management/modification/administration etc., Customer master Data management,Billing and invoicing, service contract management, Customer query/Dispute resolution. Weekly reviews with on-shore teams and driving projects reviewing best practices across nodes. My job duties in WW Channel support are generating financial management reports and analysis for Juniper’s Global Partner Organization – in terms of revenue achievement – using Alteryx Workflows. Also, setting up targets for channel partners in the beginning of year based on YOY historical sales achievement with growth rate and facilitating payment for partners. Performing month close activities and various reports to sales leaders.I was Involved in Transaction of Order Management in Genpact and ‘WW Channel Support’ and ‘Education and backend orders’ from U.S. for Juniper Networks and handling Alteryx for the entire team.
