As the Head of the business my role involves leading a team of highly skilled and experienced professionals to develop and deliver a suite of value-add services to assist our clients not only achieve their investment goals, but also significantly increase their capacity to deliver on mission. Our services can be grouped into 3 categories:1. Governance - we assist our clients to develop tailored and robust governance frameworks in line with international best practice.2. Capacity Building - we create and deliver exclusive opportunities for our clients to learn form international and local experts, and from industry peers, to enhance their capacity to develop their governance and execute their strategy. Examples include the JBWere Social Leadership Program delivered by leading Harvard Business School professors, and the Governance for Social Impact Course (co-developed and facilitated with the Centre for Social Impact (UNSW). We also produce insightful and unique research and discussion papers to increase the breadth and depth of understanding of leaders across a;ll agents in the social impact ecosystem. 3. Tailored Strategic advice - to assist our clients develop strategies that will allow them to deliver on their mission.

Key senior member of Private Clients Investment Review Committee and Trust Investment Committee. Ensuring direct reports are aware of new business opportunities when liaising with co-trustees and beneficiaries.

Working closely with Senior Financial Consultants to develop appropriate clients strategies for High Net Worth and emerging High Net Worth Individuals, often with complex structures and circumstances. Improving knowledge of fellow Paraplanners in areas of portfolio construction and investment analysis.

Conducting investment reviews in line with quarterly and annual targets, including managing the workflow and avoiding any loss due to error. Training new staff on investment philosophy, investment products, investment strategy, investment review process and documents, CMS workflow, and internal procedures.

Managing the Trust review workflow to ensure no reviews were overdue without valid reason.

Providing administrative and support services to managers of Agency, Estate, Trust and Superannuation accounts with a view to maintaining high quality standard benchmarks.
