I am a mature and collaborative leader recognised across the finance, investment, philanthropy and social impact sectors for harnessing my specialist skills and deep experience - across governance, strategy, investments and systems change - in creative ways to deliver outcomes for multiple stakeholders. I am a purpose driven, values-based leader who leads by example, provides clarity of vision, and executes relentlessly. I excel in complex, high-pressure environments and consistently deliver results through building and leading high-performance teams and collaborations, underpinned by high levels of strategic clarity, self-awareness and strong communication. My research, writing and teaching is focussed on the development on frameworks that enable all participants in the social impact ecosystem (for-purpose organisations, philanthropists, governments, and corporates) to deliver better outcomes for beneficiaries. I lead the JBWere Philanthropic Services and Family Advisory team, and out purpose is 'to inspire and support our clients in delivering sustainable impact'.
