Account Sales Manager
CurrentCoach and train employees and leadership staff on insurances programs, products and services (i.e., Travelers Insurance, Safeco Insurance, American Mercury Insurance, Progressive Insurance, Chubb, and AIG.). Provide seamless instructive support from the learning of new content to instructional practice. Clarify training and staff requirements and adhere to the training budget. • Collaborate with corporate leadership to meet the individualized learning requirements of each identified employee.• Ensure alignment with business goals throughout the sales design process to meet quarterly performance indicators.• Develop, design and facilitate training curriculum for workshops to assess and provide analysis of employees’ training needs, training offerings and strategic direction.• Champion key process metrics in soundness, profitability, growth, and productivity for key consumer segments impacting positive client experiences.
