As a Director at The Cadmus Group, I am a member of the senior staff advising the U.S. government on policy development and capacity building for economic growth in Asia - including in the APEC region (21 economies) and South Asia through a focus on economic empowerment, technology, entrepreneurship, trade facilitation, workforce development, digital economy, financial inclusion, and sustainability. I am also responsible for leveraging the power of business to drive social and economic development and building partnerships between the private sector and government for sustainable growth. We have additional corporate offices in the United States, Europe and India and presence in more than 40 countries around the world. WEConnect International is a global organization that facilitates the connection of women business owners to global value chains. It identifies, educates, registers, and certifies women's business enterprises based outside of the U.S. that are at least 51% owned, managed, and controlled by one or more women, and connects them with multinational corporate buyers. Through its network of 70+ corporate supporters, WEConnect International helps women business owners succeed by providing mentorship, capacity building and connections, ensuring all qualified suppliers have an equal opportunity to compete for the contracts of global corporations.

-Founded a nonprofit organization focused on economic development in Asia;-Supported worker empowerment empowerment programs and provided training to 12,000 workers (majority women) at garment factories in Bangladesh through funding from global brands including Target, Walmart, VF and Gap, Inc;-Led worker safety trainings post the Rana Plaza industrial disaster;-Managed overseas trainers and led organizational finances and operations;-Maintained and managed effective relationships with third party implementation partners and donors and respond to inquiries in a timely manner;-Monitored project budget and timelines, including scheduling of factory trainings;-Collected, analyzed and reported on training data, including quality assurance and impact metrics; -Collaborated with donor brands;-Led advocacy efforts on climate change adaptation.

They have deep expertise in budget and tax issues and in programs and policies that help low-income people, in order to help inform debates and achieve better policy outcomes.I supported the International Budget Partnership, collaborating with civil society around the world to analyze and influence public budgets in order to reduce poverty and improve the quality of governance.
