Switchgear & All type MV. Panels, Including PLC based Panel,*Fire fighting Panel, Pumps & Engine,* All type of HT and LT Cabling, with required cable tray & steel structures. *All type of Internal and External Lighting work, *All types Earthing works, and other project related works.

Roles & Responsibilities:•Responsibilities in Operation & Maintenance of Electrical Infrastructures like 1250 X4 KVA D.G. Sets •2500 KVA x2 Transformer & HT / LT Sub-stations.•UPS Systems 200 KVA x10 Nos, 60 KVA x 02, and 30 KVA x 02 [EMERSON & MG]& Associated –-Battery banks.•Air-Conditioning:-Including AHU,s & Package type Air cooler and Chillers of110 TR x11 Carrier make, 200 TR x2 Trane make & 200TR x2 York make.•Smoke & Fire Detectors, Fire Alarm Panels, PA systems.•Updating Daily, Weekly, Monthly Check Lists like Panel, UPS, Access Control Doors, D.G, Emergency Lights, Battery, Facility Check Lists and preparing Monthly Reports and preparing & submitting B& D forms.•AMC’s updating with Vendor’s, Recording Consumption- & Parameters of Equipment’s. Coordinating With Facility-Helpdesk & Associated Teams.•Power & LT. Distribution Panels, Including Critical [UPS-Distribution] & Non-Critical Panels.•Consumables, Stock- Inventory’s. Breakdown & Preventive--Maintenance Schedules of Equipments.•Coordinating With Facility-Helpdesk & Associated Teams. Assisting to Facilities with operation of Electrical Equipments, Air-conditioning and Fire systems.•Organized materials for various training sessions, registered participants, prepared room and organized catering.•Supervising to Housekeeping Executives and Securities to ensure smooth operations. Execution of Preventive Maintenance of Facility Equipments ensures smooth Functioning of the facility. Sets 300 to 1500 kva, Cummins make.* Sub station, Including RMU, Metering cubicle & HT Panel.* Step down Transformers 11/.44 kV, 50 to 2500 kVA different makes.* Medium voltage panels, includes PCC panel, MCC Panel, DG Synchronising Panel, MSB Panel, UPS I/C & O/G Panels, Distribution Boards, Fire fighting Panel, Water pump Panel & all related Panels.* Switchgears, includes SF6 Breaker, VCB, ACB, MCCB, SFU & MCBs etc.* UPS Systems 30 to 400 KVA, Associated –Battery banks & Isolation Transformer of different makes.* HVAC System, Including different rating & Make Chillers, AHU s, Precession Ac s, Package Ac s & FC Units. Controlling through BMS & Manual also.* Fire fighting systems, includes Hydrant pump, Sprinkler pump, Jockey pumps, Booster pumps, Fire Alarm Panels, Smoke & Heat Detectors, * PA systems, Access door control systems,* Other related works.•Documentation Works: * Preparing the Monthly Energy Consumption report of EB and DG.* Preparing the Daily Consumption report.* Preparing & registering all Parameters for required equipments in scheduled intervals. * Preparing the weekly preventive Maintenance plan of Equipments.* Preparing the Cost tracker of the Materials. * Preparing the Material Requisition form for the requirements of Material.* Preparing the History Card Reports.* Preparing the Break Down report of the Equipments.* Preparing 52 weeks Preventive Maintenance schedule.* Preparing & Maintaining the AMC s works documents.* Preparing & Maintaining of Inventories for stocks for all related consumables.
