Present Role & Responsibilities: Manager – Engineering - Till Plant equipment are comprising Steam Boiler (18 TPH, 10 TPH & 6 TPH), Chiller (500 TR x 5 No.), Air Compressors (800 CFM, 400 CFM), Water Treatment Plant (3 Lines - 70 KL/Hour) , Effluent Treatment Plant (1000 KL/Day), CO2 Recovery Plant, Pressure Vessels, DG Sets (2200, 5500 KVA, 10MW ), Power Generation & Distribution Transformer, all types of Motors, Milling Machine, Reactors, Heat Exchanger, Scrubber, all type of Pumps (Gear, Centrifugal, Diaphragm & Vane Pump), Blowers (Lobe type, Centrifugal), Mixer, Centrifuge, Agitator etc. Leading & Guiding Engineering (Utilities, Electrical, Instrumentation, Civil, Mechanical) Team as a Process Leader for Planned Maintenance, Condition Based Maintenance, Overhauls & Breakdown Maintenance Guiding team for Problem Solving for all equipment of Plant & Utilities through PDCA, 5Why Systems Annual Repair & Maintenance Budget preparation, Controlling and Reducing Repair & Maintenance Expenses Improve Spare Part Management System, Ensuring Spare Stocks and reduction in Spare Inventory Cost Maintenance Contract Management, Work Order / Service Order management, Contractor Handling Plant Related Project Management, Project Planning, Costing, Scheduling, making Capex, project execution Fulfillment of all statuary and legal requirement related to Electrical, Pollution Control Board, Steam Boiler, etc.
