I have been active in the HR field for nearly Eight years. In May 2014, I joined a multinational company as an HR Intern, where I gained hands-on experience in HR operations as part of a team. Together, we successfully facilitated the hiring of over 1,850 professionals across senior, mid, and junior positions, including key roles such as Business Manager, Head of Sales, Head of Sales Development, Brand Protection Manager, Planning Manager, Factory Heads, Management Trainees, and Sales Officers.Additionally, I served as the Director of Marketing and Public Relations for the BRAC University Business Club.
