I am an MBA student at Pondicherry University, specializing in International Business, with a strong interest in human resource management and global operations. I have a BBA degree from the University of Calicut, where I majored in Human Resource Management. I have recently completed a one-year stint as an HR Assistant at Neosind Group, a leading steel manufacturing company, where I started as an intern and earned a promotion within a few months.At Neosind Group, I worked with the HR team to handle various aspects of employee relations, recruitment, training, and performance management. I also supported the production and logistics departments with administrative and operational tasks, such as scheduling, inventory, documentation, and customer service. I contributed to the improvement of the company's efficiency, quality, and safety standards, as well as the enhancement of the employee engagement and satisfaction.
