Current- Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Drive sales performance by setting and achieving sales targets, motivating the team, and implementing effective sales strategies.
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained, resolving customer issues promptly, and fostering a positive customer experience.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, monitor product availability, and optimize stock levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess inventory.
- Staff Management: Train, and supervise staff, ensuring they are equipped with product knowledge and sales techniques to effectively serve customers.
- Financial Management: Manage branch finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing financial performance to maximize profitability.
