CurrentResponsibilities:• Sales Leadership: Drive sales performance by setting and achieving sales targets, motivating the team, and implementing effective sales strategies.• Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained, resolving customer issues promptly, and fostering a positive customer experience.• Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, monitor product availability, and optimize stock levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess inventory.• Staff Management: Train, and supervise staff, ensuring they are equipped with product knowledge and sales techniques to effectively serve customers.• Financial Management: Manage branch finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing financial performance to maximize profitability.• Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns, events, and initiatives to drive foot traffic and increase sales.• Compliance and Operations: Ensure compliance with Apple's policies, procedures, and standards, including product display guidelines, security measures, and warrantyservices.• Business Development: Identify opportunities for business growth, such asexpanding product offerings, entering new markets, or forging partnerships with localbusinesses.• Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on sales performance, inventorystatus, and customer feedback, analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities forimprovement.• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other branch managers, regional managers,and corporate teams to share best practices, align goals, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
