• Monitoring & inspecting all the Electrical related works carried out at site as per approved shop drawings and ensuring compliance with the project specifications and quality standards.• Reviewing the shop drawings in lieu of tender drawings & specifications.• Reviewing the material submittals in lieu of tender documents & specifications.• Reviewing the variations submittals from the contractor and preparing an evaluation report against the submittal.• Reviewing the monthly interim payment application from the contractor and preparing an evaluation report against the submittal.• Inspecting the Electrical materials which is delivered to the site prior to start the site installation.• Discussing the site Electrical works installation issues with the contractor’s representatives during the work progress.• Conducting Testing and Commissioning of all Electrical & ELV systems at the site.

• Handling the project design and managing the design of all Electrical systems as per local authority regulations and international design standards.• Co-ordinate with other disciplines at various stages of design for successful and timely design completion. • Manage all design calculations like voltage drop, diversity and the load schedules as per Local Authority regulations (DEWA, ADDC etc...• Monitoring & inspecting all the MEP works carried out at site as per approved shop drawings and ensuring compliance with safety requirements and as per concerned authority standards.• Preparing and submitting all the drawings/documents related (HV & LV) to DEWA and discussing with them till the supply release.• Preparing and submitting all the drawings telephone & GSM to DU & Etisalat and discussing with them till the system in operation.• Assist the contractors on study and site implementation of ELV systems (Fire alarm systems, Access control systems, CCTV systems, IT, AV &BGM systems, Emergency light monitoring systems and Lighting control system).• Review shop drawings in lieu with tender drawings & specification.• Review material submittals in lieu with tender documents & specification.• Review the variations submitting the contractor and preparing the comparison report against the submittal.• Conducting the inspection on MEP materials which is delivered to site prior to the site installation.• Conducting Testing and Commissioning of all Electrical works/systems at site.• Assist/Coordinate the preparation of final handing over documents like O&M manual, as-built drawing, etc.• Computer proficient-Microsoft offices, AutoCAD.• Successfully completes projects within set parameters of cost, quality, and resource utilization. • Attend technical meetings with local authorities, clients, and contractors to resolve ambiguities and impediments.

• Monitor & supervise all the electrical systems installation such as low voltage networks, lighting, and power distribution, fire alarm, public address/music systems, CCTV, central antenna TV, satellite reception, and low current systems for commercial, residential projects, hotels, universities, and hospitals.• Survey and evaluate all electrical aspects of the existing buildings, coordination with the Clients and Local Authorities.• Preparation of Electrical specifications and accordingly the BOQ for the various electrical services concerned with the project.• Preparation of Material submittals & obtaining the approvals from the consultant.• Providing guidance to prepare the Electrical shop drawings & obtaining the approvals from the consultant & ADDC.• Carrying out site surveys and preparation of technical reports.• Co-ordinate with disciplines like Mechanical, Structural, and Architectural at various stages of design for successful and timely design completion.
