Opened in October 2016 as part of Dubai Parks and Resorts, LEGOLAND® Dubai offers 40 interactive ride, shows and attractions. Together with the Water Park, its size is approx. 28 ha or 3 million square feet.Job Profile: As part of pre-opening team, maintained Pre-opening tasks in preparation of the theme park maintenance team, including ride and show installation, testing and commissioning, identification of tools and equipment needed to support maintenance, writing safety/technical procedures, etc. Handled Recruitment procedure of maintenance colleagues and Ensures all new employees have been adequately trained to safely perform their work, and document all training as it occurs Responsible for the inspection, maintenance, and safe operation of all rides and attractions maintaining all equipment and structures in working order and ensuring high levels of guest and colleague safety and satisfaction in all areas. Allocate workload and supervise, employee scheduling and enforcement, as needed assists crews with daily tasks. Prepare and ensure all policies, procedures, manuals, risk assessments and ride checklists are in place and reviewed periodically for adequacy and make any necessary recommendation to Maintenance Manager /Director

 Managed a team of technicians that maintains a 76000 square feet theme park, and supervised all daily tasks, Inspections, Preventive & corrective maintenance of the Amusement rides & machines. Safety inspections evaluated all aspects of amusement ride safety including the fundamental design, modifications, repairs, maintenance, testing, operation, adherence to manufacturer requirements, recommendations and safety bulletins Communicating with ride manufacturers for official repair procedures, technical or design issues, troubleshooting and procurement of parts Evaluate the capability of technical workers as well as assure that the technicians will maintain their abilities and perform with confidence. Managing the functions of troubleshooting and preventive / breakdown maintenance of Instruments, Machines & Equipment’s to reduce downtime to minimum. Oversees and assist NDT inspection on all amusement rides and devices and subsequently. Preparing daily, weekly and monthly Maintenance Inspection Check lists and Reports.

 Responsible for troubleshooting PLC operation of different machine control system. Installation and preventive / breakdown Maintenance of all Attractions. Maintenance, Repair and Service of Hydraulic & Pneumatic Machines. Installation and maintenance of Large Rides and Kiddie Rides.  Hardware & Software Installation and Maintenance of INTERCARD Swipe Card system. Troubleshooting and servicing of modern video Arcade and Redemption games. Solving Hardware Related & Network Connectivity Issues. Maintenance, Repair and Service of Professional Bowling machines.  Daily routine check-up of the machine at all times.  Preparing daily and monthly maintenance reports.

 Responsible for the Preventive and Corrective Maintenance of Attractions & Rides (Roller coaster, Water slides, Flying carpets and Trains etc..) Responsible for Installation, Maintenance & Repair of Simulation Games & Equipments. Responsible for performing troubleshooting activities’ and repairing of modern video Arcade and Redemption games. Installation, Maintenance & Repair of Large Rides and Kiddie Rides. Maintenance, Repair and Service of Hydraulic & Pneumatic Machines. Installation and maintenance of INTERCARD smart card system. Preventive Maintenance Inspections on a scheduled basis on all attractions. Preparing daily and monthly maintenance reports. Solving Hardware related & Network Connectivity Issues.
