Assist in Maintaining Robust, Reliable, Efficient and Flexible Telecommunication and Computer based Systems.Support the IT Head in ensuring a Professional, proactive IT and Telecommunications Service that achieves its Business objectives in the most Cost-effective way.To meet, in good time, the company’s statutory obligation for systems such as Licensing and the Data Protection Act.To ensure the Company’s it and Telecommunications Assets are identifiable and reasonably safeguarded at all times.To keep Systems down time to a minimum and all systems running to the standard appropriate for each Users. Where there is more than one System failure then the need is to ensure, using the management’s guidance, that the business issues are resolved in priority order.Offer IT support to field Staff on Corporate Products. This may involve occasion on Site Visits.Check leads, Connections and all IT Equipment to ensure that they are in safe working order.To assist the IT head in filling the statutory forms showing that we are complying with regulations.To ensure that all IT needs are met in accordance with the Quality Plans & ISO 9001 accreditation.To proactively develop, recommend and implement comprehensive plans for Information Technology and Telecommunications that meet Corporate and Company goals.To Train & Monitor the Staff on correct use of Programs, Systems & ERP Software etc.Routine, Daily, Weekly and Monthly Backup Operation and conduct interim testing of the Backup Systems to ensure Data can be successfully retrieved.Maintenance & updating the Log Book of all IT related Accessories & information including Hardware, Software & Licenses.Installation, Configuration, Maintenance & Troubleshooting of Server’s, Workstations, Firewalls, Access Point, Printers, Exchange & Popup Mails, ERP Software etc.Monitor Storage Space, Processor Utilization, and Network Utilization related to Server & Backup.
