With over 13 years of experience as a physiotherapist, I have been working with Kaizer Chiefs Football Club since 2010, providing rehabilitation and exercise prescription services to the players and staff. I have also been involved in several major sporting events, such as the Region 5 Youth Games, the Commonwealth Games, and the World Para Athletics Championships, as part of the physiotherapy team. I have a post-graduate specialization in sports and orthopaedic physiotherapy, and I am passionate about improving the health and performance of athletes and people with disabilities. I have developed strong skills in assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of sports injuries, as well as in designing and implementing individualized and evidence-based exercise programs.
