Hi and thanks for reading!My passion for college access was sparked by my own experiences as a high-achieving student from an under-resourced background who benefited immensely from a college access program and a supportive family. Now, years later, I am committed to equipping students with the skills and resources they need to thrive in high school, college, and life. My focus is on comprehensive college preparation to help every student reach their full potential.In my current role as the Director of School and College Counseling at Bishop McNamara High School, I have the opportunity to lead a team of 5 counselors that serve over 875 students in grades 9-12. We focus our data-driven counseling curriculum based on the academic, social-emotional and college & career needs of our amazing students. To add, the class of 2024 earned over $30 Million in scholarships. I specialize in fostering cross-cultural relationships with diverse stakeholders, including students, parents, faculty, and higher education institutions. With a strong focus on student-centered socio-emotional learning, I promote well-being and academic achievement. My proven leadership and team management skills enhance collaboration and drive results.
