Job Description:• Prepares schedules for shop drawing and material submission, as per the design according to ID or client’s requirement.• Well knowledge and preparing all kinds of detail shop drawing in interior & exterior, including joinery, fit out and turnkey projects• Checking, correcting and supporting the team for shop drawing details of doors, wardrobes, vanity, kitchen cabinet, counters, head & foot walls, furniture’s, toilet, kitchen, flooring, false ceiling, partition etc. before submission. • Correspondence with client / consultants / subcontractors.• Manage and coordinate dedicated internal project teams and processes during all stages of key projects to ensure a smooth project execution and maximize client satisfaction.• Prepare and work out the time schedule for the job and split in to team members as the individual capacity to achieve short and long term goals as a team.• Support, coordinate and monitor the team to finish work as per design, technical, estimated, quality and in the time period.• Coordinate and control design submittals for client's review and approval and Facilitate resolving design issues with client. Along with RFI's as required.• Assuring correct and precise documentation of materials, inspections, closure documentation and taking approval with client’s satisfaction.• Well knowledge with materials related to interior and exterior projects, ensuring materials received are in accordance with quantity and quality.
