I have approximately 6 years in non-profit and non-profit management. I am an organizer, social worker, team player, and social change agent. I enjoy being in community and talking with people one-on-one. The most prominent qualities I hold are tied to communities with people of color -- co-create resolve, and disrupt comfortability of those who sit in power and adhere to the common status quo. I lead with compassion and empathy with equity at the forefront. I have two years in management, both project management and program/team management. I have served nearly 7 years marginalized communities, and at-risk youth. Of those 7 years, approximately 3 have been dedicated to case management -- closing three adoption cases, and 3 independent living arrangements for my clients. I recently graduated University of Chicago with my MSW in June 2023, and received my Bachelors of Art in political science at DePaul University. Networking is one my greatest skills.
