• Ensure the safety and well being of the associates.
• Keeping Dock Operators supplied with workload (Inbounds and Outbound).
• Attain and maintain Schenker’s production levels (98% or better).
• Perform inspections of trailers or product.
• Maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Verifying FDA released product.

• Ensure all SOP and Safety procedures are adhered to.
• Foster a teamwork environment.
• Troubleshoot case pick related issues
• Staging row audits and assignments
• Monitoring all facets of the case pick operationSchenker Logistics

• Perform daily equipment inspections
• Demonstrate guidelines for trainees as it pertains to their role
• Demonstrate proper job procedures as outlines in Role Specific Required SOP’s
• Demonstrate use of Role Specific Equipment:
• Voice
• LXE/ RDT

• Follow all SOP’s and SAFETY guidelines as it permits to role.
• Complete New Hire/Temp to Hire HR paperwork.
• Review site SAFTEY/GMP expectations with associates.
• Review videos/administer tests as required by Schenker Training Matrix.
• Ensure Trainees sign off on all reviewed documentation as required.
• Coordinate all training related activities.

• Assign inbound trailers to doors.
• Inform switchers of outbound trailers that need to be pulled from doors to lot.
• Coordinate loading and unloading paperwork.
• Correct processing of related documentation.
