An overall sense of health and wellness is a priority for daily living which is why I focus on the philosophy of habitual development through such content on my blog. Not only am I passionate about my fitness and health, but I believe in the synergy there is in great teamwork to accomplish this. Overtime, life has taught me how to be resourceful and through this journey I have been able to use critical thinking in solving complex issues to reach enjoyable solutions for all parties. In other words, I not only mind challenges but embrace the hurdles that actually help me master the task at hand. As a student at Central Arizona College, I have learned and am learning to master excellent interpersonal communication skills, time management, listening skills, and organizational excellence as well as medical assisting skills.
