• Selection of machines -FCU, AHU, Chillers, Pumps etc. on the basis of Heat Load Calculation.• Ability to calculate heat load using Carrier HAP software and adhere to ASHRAE standards (62.1,62.2,154).• Designing air distribution ducts according to SMACNA guidelines.• Calculation of duct sizing according to CFM using Mc quay Software.• Pipe sizing for Chiller with complete valve and fittings , Pipe size calculation for chilled water circuit to AHU, cooling tower, Calculation of pipe dia, by considering friction loss• Quantity take-offs from drawings and preparation of material estimates according to BOQ

• Ensure all products meet the required quality standards.• Perform test, identifying errors and providing feedback reports.• Periodically test the final and sample products and check the quality reaches the requiredstandards, lf not take corrective action to take it track of quality assurance.• Ensure the tools and machine are calibrated accurately.• Carefully organize, analyze, and prepare technical data reports to ensure proper workflow andproductivity.• Monitor the machinery in operation to identify concerns and make corrections or report complexproblems.• Calibrate machines to maintain require productivity levels and adherence to quality standards.• Provide quality assurance from every stage of product development process, from manufacturingto dispatching.• Inspection of final products to assess compliance with quality standards and established tolerance.• Monitoring the scheduled maintenance and Preventive measures and also safety measures.
