Develop annual financial plans and budgets for the $30 million department and work with Chief Financial Officer to finalize budget. Drive the forecasting process, prepare management reports, perform detailed analyses of financial results, identify trends and drive towards meeting KPIs on department’s Balanced Scorecard. Present financial results and turnaround plan progress to Executive Team. Collaborate with IT Team to ensure that department’s systems are optimized and effectively utilized to deliver on department goals. Directly manage a staff of 8 experienced professionals.
