Management and coordination of core company aspects

Founded and continually maintaining small scale manufacturing of sweets.Involves management in areas (not limited to) such as Raw Material procurement and maintaining stock Devising efficient manufacturing methods Research and development of new products and production methods Maintaining basic Good Manufacturing Practices Involvement in Business registration and other related activities Liaising with clients to obtain business deals Marketing in field, etc. (All basic functions needed to maintain a business)

Responsible for overseeing and directing production operations. Leading production operations, coordinating production staff and equipment, and ensure the quality and profitability of products. Core responsibilities include:o Determine Best Use of Resources – Manpower, Production machinery, raw water, raw materials, etc.o Training/ Coaching junior staffs, assign responsibilities in writing and make sure they follow procedures (Admin functions)  Enforce guidelines and company standards  Streamline minor staff attendance discipline etc.  Motivate team of work Review workers performanceo Management of compliance requirements GMP, ISO, SLSI, ABWA, Health Ministry req. and etc. Planning other basic requirements (eg. civil/ general maintenance and housekeeping)o Conducting introductory/ familiarization programs for visitors (foreign clients, school children, office staff, etc.)o Monitor and ensure that the production target is reached without major fallbacks.o Identify Problems in production line, machinery and improve the production process with innovations.o Ensure that basic quality parameters are met by working closely with quality teamo Liaising with 3rd parties to improve the production and machinery (minor projects conducted) o Overall responsibility of entire factory – PET bottles blowing, Glass bottles production & 5G water bottle productiono Coordinating and conducting trials for new raw materials such as PET/PC bottles, new caps, etc

Management of laboratory equipment and glassware,Assisting with preparing chemical solutions and setup of glassware for practical examinations,Maintenance of laboratory, ie: ensuring cleanliness of the lab itself and its equipments,Making sure that all chemicals are in arranged order and they are not expired, etc.
