Current• Manage and maintain Domain Controller, File server, LabSolution system, Canteen Management System & Access Control System.• Manage and maintain Inter-network data communication of Dhamrai Plant-Savar Plant-Head Office and Dhamrai Plant LAN.• Maintain all Server Backup as SOP on VMWare and restore when required.• Perform CSV(Computerized System Validation)on computerized manufacturing and analytics machines as per regulatory guidelines (WHO, 21 CFR Part 11, Annex 11, GAMP 5, Etc)• Manage and maintain LAN for Dhamrai Plant and troubleshoot network devices.• Manage and maintain Incepta Dhamrai Plant DVR/NVR/Access Control Points.• Manage and maintain company mail services, IP PBX server and IP Phone.• Prepare IT SOP and computerized system qualification document for Internal and external audit.• Manage all IT system and team of Dhamrai Plant.
