• Deliver an excellent candidate experience in each stage of the recruitment process including: partnering with hiring managers, defining job requirements, preparing and posting job advertisements, sourcing, candidate engagement and experience, screening, selecting, engaging, and onboarding• Collaborate with hiring managers and teams to build the job description, define the hiring criteria, and prepare for interviews; you love digging in to see what each role truly needs in a top-notch candidate• Post open positions, schedule all interviews, conduct reference checks, and follow up with all candidates; you enjoy executing the details to support the candidate experience• Represent Field Nation by telling our story, sharing the unique opportunity of each role, and guiding the candidate through the interview process• Partner with US and BD recruiters to source for vacant positions • Conducting Onboarding Quality Survey and Manager 6 months Quality check-in as a part of onboarding of new hires.

• Execute strategies to ensure providers are successfully onboarded to the Field Nation platform• Review service provider onboarding credentials to ensure they are complete and valid for marketplace activation• Engage internal as well as external service providers for strategic recruitment opportunities• Connecting with service providers regarding work opportunities on Field Nation • Communication with internal team members in regards to recruitment efforts• Report on daily recruitment success and opportunities to help evolve the recruitment strategy • Use tools like G Suite, Email automation, messengers, and job boards to effectively recruit new talent • Train new technicians on how to sign up or use Field Nation• Create email templates for recruitment campaigns • Follow up with technicians during onboarding or recruitment to improve talent acquisition rates

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone calls and service cloud• Create phone case for all inbound IVR calls in Service Cloud• Resolve customer's problems by clarifying the complaint of the customer; determine the cause of the problem; select and explain the best solution for solving the problem; follow up to ensure resolution• Record the details of the phone communications with customer as per guidelines• Performing internal tasks such as reminder calls, insurance review, clearing cancel fees, Slack assistance to Essintial etc• Gathering appropriate knowledge about Field Nation platform to answer customer queries • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies • Being accountable for instant communications• Ensure regular office attendance and proper time management during office hours for best possible productivity.• Build sustainable peer-to-peer relationships through open and interactive communication• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as guided• Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers and colleagues
