01.Efficiently manage 3rd party logistic service for preparing finish goods and delivery to our 66 business location's. 02.Implement transportation routing services and lead time, which reduce total logistic cost of 3% and improve the order fulfilling rate 10% which help to increase order up to 3%.03.Source raw material based on SWOT analysis and affiliated with the supplier for procuring ,storing & deliver at business location’s as per requirements.04 Ensuring optimal level of raw materials are available onside of supplier & business location's.05.Tacking down the Material flow ,information flow and financial flow for the both supplier's and vendor's side which led to improve the financial flow 0% credit and improve the order full fill rate 10% .06.Analysis sale data Brand & SKU wise for forecasting and material consumption. The key correlation between different parameters. Submit various report to the regional team time to time.07.Resolve delivery ,financial ,compliance disputes with various stakeholder and concerns team.
