• Project: Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport Expansion Project | Dhaka, Bangladesh• Client: Civil Aviation Authority Bangladesh (CAAB)• Project Value: $2.7 BillionKey Responsibilities:▪ The main duty includes the administration of Electrical Subcontracts and PurchaseOrders (i. e., ELV System, Cable work, VDGS, Lightings, Lift, Escalator, Moving Walk,Generators, etc.).▪ Controlling the Electrical Subcontractors and Suppliers of the Project in terms ofSubcontract Agreement.▪ To formulate change orders to existing subcontractors for change in scope.▪ Issuing letters (i. e., claim, notification, etc.) to the Subcontractors, Suppliers, andConsultant/ Employer.▪ Tracking, reviewing and replying the incoming letters from the Subcontractors,Consultant/ Employer.▪ Issuing Contractor’s Instruction (CI) to the Subcontractor.▪ Preparing Variation Order (VO) and valuation of variation.▪ Tracking the RFA, RFI, EAC, ERRI, EI, EDAC for Electricals materials and drawings.▪ Assisting to prepare the ‘Weekly Progress Report’ of the Electrical team.▪ Assisting to prepare the BOQ for the Phase-2 (Pier Extension) of the Project.

My main duty at PEAL includes: Revising tender documents to understand project contractual & technical scope, and assisting tender preparation team to prepare technical proposal.  Preparing and administrating contracts (EPC, Design-Build, and others). Revising contracts and project documents to understand the project contractual scope. Providing necessary contract support for on-going projects. Preparing and administrating contract’s variations, claims, conflicts etc. All post-contract works including contractual letter writing. Coordination with site team and preparing recommendations (if any) to the management in all contractual matters.
