I have been worked for BP about 10 years. The first 2 years I graduated CTTC and certified City & Guild Instrumentation Oil and Gas Industry. The next 5 years I have been worked in AzExport Pipelines BTC BV and WREP Pipeline pumping stations, BTC Pump Station Central Azeri Platform. Duties and Responsibilities are:- Installation, calibration and loop checking of the field instruments - Have ability to read P&ID, Functional logic diagram, Gate Logic, Relay Logic, Loop Diagram, Ladder Diagram & Loop Schematic.- Maintenance and calibration of transmitters.- Fault finding and Fault analysis of various Instrumentation Systems. - Calibration and servicing of Damper actuator Valves, ESD/BDV Valves, Self-Operated Valves, Motor Operated Valves, Hydraulic valves and Solenoid Operated Valves (ABB, Emerson, Rotork, Biffi, Limitorg, etc.)- Calibration and repairing of Pressure, Temperature, Flow and Level Switches and Gauges, I/P and P/I Converters.- Calibration, servicing and overhauling of Control Valves of different types and makes (Fisher, ABB, Fuji Electric, Emerson and etc.). Despite the fact that I worked as Instrumentation Technician, my main job was programming. I took part in installation and commissioning Compressor Station 2 in Qaradag Underground Gas Fields. My duties were programming higher and lower levels of PLCs, creating and maintenance of SCADA systems and installation, maintenance and commissioning instrumentation assets. My Responsibilities were followings: 1) Maintenance of SCADA systems in Gas Compressor Stations number 2,3,4,7 2) Maintenance Of Pneumatic valves on Dashgil3) Maintenance Floboss 107 and 407 in gas measuring points4) Creating SCADA system on Gas Distribution Blocks such as 81, 447, 489, 485, 604, 607, 426 offshore5) Calibration, fault finding, installation and commissioning of instrumentation assets. I worked with following devices.Emerson FloBoss (107,407), Fisher MVS205 Multi-Variable Sensor, Rosemount 144 PC-Programmable Temperature Transmitter, SAPFIR (22DD,22DI,22MP), TSM(50M,100M), TXK, GIV and many other types of relay, electrical and electronic devices.

Sumgait

As my background is programmer after university, I started my career as programmer in scientific research institute in Sumgait Oil and Gas Automation. Our department is installing our made PLC's which is called ARAZ in most SOCAR departments e.g., Narimanov NQCI, Qum Adasi, 28 MAY etc. Program and technical side are done by our department. I developed software on C++ for lower and Delphi higher levels.
