I have 14+ years’ experience in IT filed . I am currently employed as System Architect at Deshifarmer Limited as full time and as a guest corporate trainer at New Horizons CLC of Bangladesh. I also, I provided my experienced service to Dnet for CPTU Project as DBA where I develop various SSIS Packages and other SQL administration works. with Microsoft certified (MCT, MCSA, MCP). 1. Deshifarmer Ltd: Conducting system design activities and reviews of detailed application module specifications, database structure design, objects, function, procedures, holistically integration between database and software components like B2B, B2C, Business process apps and so on. Ensuring that architectural solutions met technical and functional requirements. Reviewing existing system architecture and recommending improvements and participating in engineering reviews to determine any ambiguities. Scrutinizing change requests to determine the magnitude of work done and estimating the level of effort. Also, lead the business strategic and planning lead, risk analysis, forecasting and Earn Value (EV) source and sales status using various data analysis tools like Microsoft Power BI, Excel, ETL and so on. 2. Database Administrator (DBA), Dnet: The major responsibilities are prepared data as per business needs and converted into the SSIS packages, Develop the flow of data in SSIS, deployed the SSIS project into the production server and others works like create store procedure, monitoring and so on as per system demand.3. Trainer: Prepare quality and appropriate course curriculum. Plan and execution of coach position as a trainer. Provide demonstrative lecture about development and administration part of SQL server, Microsoft Power BI, Crystal Report and Project Management, Business Analysis and so many areas.4. CSS: Planning for long and short term, strategy for new system development, quality development, requirements analysis root cause analysis and solution procedure and process, coach and mentor for team members and stakeholder, set vision and qualify the vision, motivation, scheduling, support and Communication with Stakeholder.5. Manager-IT, UDDIPAN: Micro Finance Program (MFP) Software: Backend programming for dashboard, mobile and web apps and software, Database Administrator, RDL based Report, Design warehouse and develop ETL.6. Deputy Manager-IT, UDDIPAN: Lead Migration Team, Data migration, Software Implementation & Monitoring, Software Plan, Design, Support, and Communication with Stakeholder, Earned Value analysis, resource management.
