This included ~300 liquid nitrogen and ~30 liquid helium cryogenic refills annually.-Authored peer-reviewed publications and facilitated the novel research of post-docs, PhD students, Master's students, and undergraduate researchers while applying alternative versions of the DMAIC method in search of data-driven research conclusions. Research topics have included Li+ battery optimization, organic semiconductors, protein interactions and assemblies, NMR instrument development, biopolymer development, industrial catalysis etc.-Trained over 1000 post-graduate users in solution-state NMR and associated quantum mechanical principles of magnetic resonance over the course of 9 years. Assisted users on how to operate all above instruments to conduct measurements to meet research objectives.-Debugged, repaired, designed, and maintained all the 8+ instruments and accessories in the facility. This also included vacuum systems, cryogenics, rf systems, NMR LRC circuits, and a helium recycle/recapture system.-Obtained 10+ scholarly mentions assisting in experimental design, data acquisition and data modeling for users.-Created 8+ comprehensive user guides/manuals for all above instrumentation with the intended purpose of user autonomy and hundreds of updated iterations.-Maintained a safe/clean/user-friendly lab environment while adhering to all environmental health and safety regulations.-Proficient in Python, Pandas, Autodesk 360 CAD, MATLAB and SQL.
