Boldifi formerly Bold Babes Co is a digital education and coaching incubator that teaches new female entrepreneurs how to build a sustainable digital business in their budgets and timetables. Launched in my hometown of Dallas, TX with just $20 because of strong relationships with other women in business. Since its establishment in 2018, Boldifi has gained an executive team, partnered with household brands, like Nothing Bundt Cakes, and been nationally recognized by publications like Thrive Global, and selected for participation in accelerator programs sponsored by Google for its focus of empowering women-founded startups.

My product has looked differently but my mission has stayed the same; Women buy different, so they need to be communicated and sold to differently. The best way I have taught others to do this is through my interactive workshops, panels, and signature keynote. But here’s some other cool stuff about me. As a recruitment and retention coach is my job to lead prospective students and workforce participants through the journey of enrolling at Dallas College. This is primarily done through education recruitment events, industry relationship building and collaborating with Dallas College’s 5,000+ employees to curate a smooth transition into DC.

At Dallas College, I head marketing campaigns in the Workforce Development Center for Goldman Sachs, Dallas Forward, DFW Chamber of Commerce chapters, the Small Business Association (SBA), and the Small Business Development Center (SBDC). Additionally, my team and I manage all media channels for Dallas Forward, including LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter. I created event series and workshops for Bank of America, Jane McGary of Good Morning Texas, and Goldman 10,000 Small Businesses. We collaborate with stakeholders in various programs within the workforce and economic development sector via marketing, data analytics, and strategic planning campaigns. Client-facing duties include conducting lab tours for potential members and clients. We also design print and digital content for marketing and brand awareness campaigns.

After stepping down from my Director of Coaching role with Endurance 4 Life to focus on other career endeavors, I transitioned to the Social Media Marketing Manager role. I managed multiple social media accounts with scheduling platforms such as Hootsuite, Plann, and Tailwind. In addition to content scheduling, I was also the head of content production, brand identity, and strategy. I made sure that Endurance 4 Life's mission of providing life training that changes your narrative is conveyed in all of the social, email, digital, and print marketing we produce. In addition to my marketing responsibilities, I also worked as a part-time professional coach where I successfully coached clients in health, relationships, and wellness through young adult coaching programs.

As the Director of Coaching, I collaborated with clients to analyze their current challenges and develop action plans that allow them to reach their goals. I worked with clients in private, online and group coaching formats. In addition to developing new clients through networking, speaking engagements, and internet marketing strategies. It is also my responsibility to complete administrative duties, such as customer service, social media management and payroll processing. As a coach for Endurance 4 Life, I specialized in working with students and young adults. Some typical problems I helped my clients solve were related to resume writing, career counseling and financial literacy.

In my nutrition and health coaching work, I developed meal plans for my clients' dietary restrictions, counseled them on weight management and performed exercise tests and assessments. Some typical client goals that I helped them achieve were weight loss, disease management, and intuitive eating practices.

As an ESL instructor, I worked with adult immigrants through a green card program to assimilate into American culture and attain English speaking and writing skills. As an ESL instructor, it was my responsibility to develop lesson plans, work with my education coordinator to evaluate test scores and adapt teaching techniques as well as aiding my students in developing language, social and professional skills.

As a behavior coach for the Son-Rise Program, I worked in conjunction with therapists and parents to create unique behavior plans for children on the autism spectrum. The goal of our work was to help them gain social, motor, and language skills through play therapy.

As a brand ambassador and stylist for Athleta, it was my responsibility to capitalize on my natural influence as a health and fitness enthusiast. Some of my typical tasks included attending local fitness classes and distributing marketing, educating ideal clients on the brand while in organic settings as well as during promotional events. My stylist duties included setting styling appointments with potential clients, visual styling of mannequins, and floor operations.
