Successfully managed a caseload of over 80 elementary school students to provide basic needs support, deliver Social Emotional Learning (SEL) education through small groups, encourage school attendance, and engage with a diverse network of 10+ community partners to enhance student growth and well-being.Actively participated in weekly attendance meetings contributing to the development and implementation of strategies, incentives, and parent outreach efforts to promote student attendance and address family needs or concerns.Spearheaded the logistics, activities, and resources for memorable school-wide events with a diverse team of staff, volunteers, and community members to foster a sense of community including a Pen Pal program, Harvest Festival, Literacy Night, Night at the Museum, and the 5th Grade Moving on Ceremony.

During the Summers of 2018, 2019, and 2020, I was able to fostered an interest in science, technology, engineering, and arts, and mathematics (STEAM) for young women ages 10 -16 through activities such as creating applications, making cotton swab skeletons, and flying drones. I also organized and help led a field trip to New York City and Philadelphia, including organizing lodging, food, and activities. In addition, I collaborated with outside organizations tailoring their content, making it approachable for the young women.
