Accounting:• To maintain accounts & group banking operations.• Hands on experience in managing day-to-day accounting activities viz. Budgeting, Cash flow, Fund flow, receivables/remittances, Bank reconciliation, Payroll Accounting, Audit, Accounts finalization, statutory compliance, coordination with banks etc.• Prepare timely and accurate monthly P& L, Balance sheet, Cash Flow projection (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually etc.)• Responsible for month end closure of books promptly after the month end.Business Finance:• Prepare MIS reports as per management requirement on daily, weekly, fortnightly & Monthly basis.• Implementation of MIS systems for cost controls.• Budgets, MIS, monthly scrutiny of accounts, accurate and timely reporting to Business associates.• Co-ordinate and prepare monthly MIS reports to foreign parent companies and provide analytical views for critical functions.• Review daily report submitted by subordinates.• Designing and implementing appropriate budgeting and monitoring systems & processes with sound internal controls• Responsible for detailed MIS for all finance related details for presentation to the company board & senior management. Legal:• Liasioning with statutory bodies like withholding Tax, P.A.Y.E, NSITF etc.• Liasioning and co-ordinate with Banks and Insurance companies and comply with fiscal, legal and corporate requirements.• Liasioning with immigration for visa renewal, cerpec card (issue & cancellation), quota renewal & quota enhancement.Specialties: MIS Preparation & Implementation  Need Assessment & Variance Analysis , Financial Accounting ,Audit & Accounts Finalization,Bank Reconciliation Statutory Compliances & Cross- Functional Coordination
