They have diversified into manufacturing of complete range of VLCC Personal Care line of over 100 herbal/ayurvedic skin-care, hair-care and body-care products.I am in charge of the entire beauty Sales which comprises of 40% of overall target.Providing Consultation , maintaining client relations and Service standards to give spatial experience to clients. Manage and ensure that all clients complains and grievances are attended to in a professional manner. Maintain excellent relationships with existing clients to ensure clients loyalty. Help develope different sales strategies/techniques i.e bundling, cross selling. Promote monthly in house Awareness programs to educate spread awareness and promote sales.
