Manage Advertiser Systems Engineering development group. Responsibilities included hiring and day-to-day management of 10+ employees; resource allocation and tracking; project management and staff mentoring. As Director I provide technical direction and guidance, as well as hands-on development for all projects. I ensure the optimal application of technology and engineering resources to meet product development and internal customer requirements. I work with the Project Management team to ensure that all products are fully and correctly defined and documented so that it can be developed and QA'd and put into production in a timely fashion. In addition I work with operations team to ensure that the products are deployed and properly administered and monitored. I hire and direct staff to acquire necessary resources and plan to meet scheduled commitments. I ensure implementation of formal processes to support the product development process.

As Lead Developer designed the overall look and feel for Yahoo-Overture Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software. Designed the screen layouts and the workflow model for the CRM application.Participated in design & development of the Editorial Processing System (EPS). Provided the Technical design document template and worked closely with the Product Management and Editorial team to gather and finalize requirements and compile the technical design document for EPS Local Match. Designed the screens and took part in the development of EPS Local Match

Served as Lead Software Architect for a number of PHS products including a client-server disease management application (CMS) and a web-based care management system (InformaCare). In this capacity, responsibilities included development of product technical architecture and design; software development and testing; evaluation and selection of software development tools and platforms. In addition, I was also responsible for GUI design and overall look and feel of the applications.
