The incumbent will Identify potential business, climate action agricultural technology and make strategic design for develop producers, small business, independent service providers, entrepreneurs and agents with engagement of privet sectors to extend of goods, inputs, services for adoption of business and climate smart agriculture production considering unique based market system.The main responsibility: Research and analysis market opportunity for developing strategic design with business operation guideline with policy; select sub sector and demonstrate climate smart technology for adaption and extension identify the stakeholders for creation of self job with services; organize service specific stakeholder groups; strengthen capacity of the targeted/selected stakeholders/businesses and guide for implementing their business; support target stakeholders in shaping their marketing activities; rationalize and devise ways to use organizational support; enabling target stakeholders better connected with the actors of both the backward and forward linkage; guide vocational training participants getting engaged in wage earning opportunities; analysis value chains in ways that increases the economic benefits and sustainability of the business; facilitate market collaboration/business partnership and ensure technical support in implementation of market/business related activities of the target stakeholders; design and develop various training modules, session guides and other training materials for the target stakeholders/business and conduct training; anticipate problems.

The main role to engagement of farmers, privet sectors especially agro-inputs, DAE representative in a platform for giving one stope services mechanism for increasing production and effective Fresh Food Supply Chain develop by Aggregation Centers between host communities and Rohingya refugees camp through retailer into the Fresh Food Corner in Rohingya Camp.

The main focusing activities are- Beneficiary selection, Entrepreneurial literacy training, Digital finance account opening, Monthly subsistence transfer, Business planning, Cash grant transfer, Productive asset promotion in household, Off-farm business promotion, Nutrition sensitive agriculture kitchen garden, Village savings & loan association project, Local service provider development, Engage local LSP, Privet sector engagement and Cross cutting interventions are Social Safety Net, Social Accountability, Good governance, WASH, MCHN, Gender and DRR by Nobo Jatra Ultra-poor graduation model and promoting continual learning and innovation of the component. Oversee the implementation of the projects graduation program by the implementing partners, and liaise with them on the budget and monitoring and evaluation functions. He/She establishes effective working relationship, adequate referral and networking with Government and Local Government stakeholders to ensure relevant service providers for the achieve of program goal.
