MAJOR PROJECTS :• PRIME3 to PRIME4 Migration .• PRIME4 integration with IRIS, IVR and different ADC channels.• IRIS Integration with FG to monitor Debit Card transactions. • FG Rollout International.• ECIB Credit card integration with SBP system(Complete in-house development)• PCI DSS Implementation on Credit Card E-Statement System.• VISA Qatar Cobrand Credit Card.• CHIP & PIN Credit Card.• Contactless Credit Card.1) Prime 3:• Shan is managing Credit Cards Data Base Management i.e. managing db objects including tables, indexes, views,db links, jobs. • Report and Data Extraction for Different Departments and also linking these reports with the Prime Report Manger.• System Integration, Integrating Prime with other System such as CAS.• Training New System Development and existing behaviors to the Users.• Resolution for the issues pertaining to card production process( Embossing, Encoding) • Complains Resolutions (Both System Technical and Understanding Issues).• Monthly reporting of credit cards data to DATA CHECK and SBP ECIB.• Integration of PRIME with other systems running in HBL.2) Prime 4:• Prime r 4 Migration project covering Technical aspects.• Integration of R3 Inhouse developed customizations into Prime R4.• PL/SQL Procedures development Including Packages, procedure,function,tables, indexes, views, db links, types etc.• Production Environment Issues• Coordination with Vendor on Core issues3) FraudGuard:• Rules development for FG Both CTL3 and CTL4• Performing SIT for Rules • Involving in UAT with Business for New Countries.• FG Application support • FG Database support• Resolve FG issues pertaining to FRMU• Integration of FG with FCDB and IRIS4) Online:• Application Support for Online And its Connectivity With Other Systems .• Develop Packages and Reports.• Online Database Support
