I have worked in the Early Years sector for over 20 years and have been a childcare owner operator since 2004. Currently leading a team of over 800 staff across 19 licensed centres in Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney. I feel strongly and passionately about the advocacy for high quality Early Childhood Education for young children, as well as providing a pleasant and sustainable work environment for Early Childhood educators. As a working female professional and mother of 5 children, I also strive to be a role model for other working mothers, in particular those within the Avenues and Little Lane Family.
