I participated in a project about cardiac function analysis using MR images . I was responsible for the MR cardiac perfusion analysis and this work was included by RSNA 2015. I also participated in the work about cardiac function analysis using MR cine cardiac images. This work was accepted by SPIE medical imaging 2016.

As a visiting student, I participated in a project about Sonomyography. I was mainly responsible for automatic measurements of morphological changes of skeletal muscle from ultrasound images.
