As a District Academic Coordinator, my primary role is to ensure the successful implementation of Literacy and Numeracy programs and uphold academic quality standards. I actively support Demo Support Teams in designing academic materials at the district level, including teacher meeting materials and handouts, while assisting block academic coordinators in their effective use.In collaboration with the Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) team, I contribute to the design and implementation of assessment and observation tools, essential for monitoring and maintaining program quality. I work closely with District Resource Groups (DRGs) to enhance their understanding of educational initiatives and pedagogical methods.My commitment to professional development is unwavering, as I lead Training of Trainers (ToT) programs for district resource group members and create plans for continuous improvement within the district and block resource groups. Identifying the capacity-building needs of District Academic Leadership, Academic Resource Persons (ARPs), teachers, and block academic coordinators, I ensure tailored programs are conducted to enhance their skills.I engage in outcome-oriented discussions with District Education Officers, District Elementary Education Officers, Block Education Officers and Block Resource Coordinators. I have a deep understanding of program priorities, allowing me to delegate responsibilities effectively across team members and seek support from state and central team members when needed.My commitment to knowledge sharing and improvement is exemplified through the documentation of best practices, case studies, and success stories from the field, which I disseminate to stakeholders.

This technology-enabled initiative for High/Higher Secondary School Students.I Supported and reported to Program Instructor, Program Manager and Faculties of TISS in data collection of CLIx, data analysis, and report writingon the use of technology in teaching-learning processes in the public schools of Chhattisgarh.Advocacy and liasoning with the Samagra Shiksha Director, Assistant Director, DEOs, and Schools on EdTech across the state of Chhattisgarh.Facilitated in-person Training on CLIx Resources, OER (Open Educational Resources) and other useful educational tools for 600 in-service and pre-service teachers at SCERT and CTE, Raipur, Chhattisgarh.Prepared grant proposal for non-profit pitching ICT in education, computational thinking and state-level ICT hub in light of NEP 2022 forhands-on training on ICT use in pedagogical processes at the secondary levelstate-wide.Lead district and state-level teachers' training on embedding ICT in pedagogies in Chhattisgarh.Facilitated online classes for 300 secondary grade teachers of Chhattisgarh as a part of TPD (Teacher Professional Development) on ICT tools for teaching & Learning.Supported Samagra Shiksha CG with ICT tools in State-Level Quizzes,'Sughhar Padhwaiya' and Surveys and massive digital certification.

These were some of the major findings of this research.

I was engaged in understanding the structure and implementation of the project TROSA (Trans Boundry Rivers of South Asia) at Palia Kalan block of Lakhimpur Kheri (Uttar Pradesh). This was a pilot project of GDS (Lucknow) with collaboration of Oxfam India at Palia Kalan block of Lakimpur Kheri (Uttar Pradesh). Through this I was able to get a sense of the socio-economic conditions of riverine community primarily on the bank of river Sharda. Moreover their collective efforts in protecting the river and at the same time to generate their livelihood from the river.
