Track contracts using Excel spreadsheets and internalcontracts portal.● Approve timesheets, PTO/SLP requests for 20 directors, managers and vice presidents.● Order and maintain inventory for business supplies.● Create and maintain office email groupings within the Forefront Identity Manager portal, in order to notifythe correct staff of National Home Office announcements.● Handle Talent Strategy and Facilities Management needs for a department of over 200 employees.● Anticipate the needs of the department executives while providing leadership and direction toadministrative staff.● Maintain positive customer service experience for internal and external partners.● Serve as one of six Administrative Leaders, providing standard operating procedures and best practices for the Society and as a Change Champion for the Corporate Communications & Marketing Departments.
