Managed Inflight Operations with Chief Pilot of the New York Hub of 250 Cabin Crew. Managed operation daily through parent company Delta Airlines for the following: operation on time performance, safety performance, catering, crew performance, union disputes, budgets, standards, incoming mail from headquarters, projects that were drivers for company motivation and crew mentoring.Additionally, co managed the CVG base of crew over 800. Ultimately worked out of two states for homeostasis performance for all listed above.

Managed Cabin crew training for Mesaba Airlines, regional airline. I had a large crew basis for training and staff for outboard, field training as well. In charge of all training programs for cabin crew: emergency procedure's training, standard operating procedures, basic induction, recurrent training and difference training. Worked closely with Minneapolis FISDO for training standards and compliance on a weekly basis. Additionally, I was in charge of and part of course development and execution of approved training for cabin. I was published in the Mesaba paper for extraordinary project completed for an internal directive of cabin equipment change over. Bases covered: Detroit, Memphis and Minneapolis.

Promoted from Purser Cabin Crew status to Training Manager from within to develop, manage and teach all cabin crew training, ground training for Pilots (exception sim), ground handlers in jump seat, door training and company induction. I was a certified BLS CPR instructor for Company, CRM,and Security Instructor. Worked outside of headquarters in field for the following: Delta training facilities in Atlanta, Newark, California, Massachusetts, Italy, Portugal. I was part of two certification of aircraft types: B737-800 and B767-300 series aircraft. Further, I conducted a large amount of training on the road for all listed above. Moreover, I instructed many specialized training programs for special lease agreements, for Monarch Airlines and more.
