Manage departmental personnel records and filing system. Assist with file system and overall maintenance of filing and record keeping for general business. Perform under the direction of assigned supervisors while entering police reports, arrest tickets and drug and/or weapon citations; proof and key arrest information and reports for future prosecutions; reserve city wide report numbers for officers; maintain a multi-line telephone system; assist with reconciling data entry and financial records; daily scheduling of appointments for police detectives; instruction of use for data entry programs for individual officers
