I am cooperatively responsible for the operational and reporting successes of our retail affiliate and our 5-star child development center and also handle contributions management and assist with audit compliance for all Friendship companies. This role allows me to manage several support team personnel and employ my energetic management style which welcomes cooperative brainstorming, applauds analytical thinking and yields timely and accurate financial results. Within this growing 7,400-member church with a multi-million dollar budget, I effectively engage all people with varying personalities, skill levels, aptitudes and attitudes to achieve excellent end results and ultimate engagement goals.
