Welcome to my network! I’m Shana Trimble, your Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Life Coach, and Inspirational Speaker. This has allowed me to walk in my purpose and pursue my passion, helping people and businesses step into their higher frequency by identifying the root cause, developing strategies, and establishing healthy coping skills needed to create, strengthen, and fortify healthy relationships.
