Using Function Point project management software, I requested and discerned quotes from our preferred vendors, working within budget and branding guidelines, along with offering Graphic Design support.I was the first point of customer service contact for Brandsource marketing project inquiries and troubleshooting questions that come in by email, phone and in-person. My goal is to offer solutions to Orlando Health Team Members that need assistance with the Brandsource program or placing an order for a previous or existing project.
