As a member of the NAIC's Women in Alternatives Advisory Board, I support the progression of diverse women in the alternatives industry through mentorship and professional development programming. I also serve on the Board of I Choose The Ladder, a career development agency that helps Fortune 500 companies primarily develop and retain their high-performing black female talent. Lastly, I serve on the board of the Rockhouse Foundation that is focused on providing quality education and opportunities for neurodivergent learning in Jamaica.
