My passion for learning and the value I place in people have enabled me to design, deliver, and drive the continued optimization of high-visibility projects, programs, and initiatives in the workforce development and training space—earning a reputation for being a dedicated mentor and trusted advisor capable of bolstering organizational productivity and performance through the introduction of best practices, process-level improvements, cross-functional collaboration, and meaningful relationship building. I thrive in the transformational aspects of my work, fostering positive change and ultimately, that success we’re after. In navigating the next chapter of my own professional life, I am excited to make a move into a different type of role within the field of human resources—one rooted in the fundamentals of people and process-level leadership with an focus on equity-based innovation and inclusion, value-centered solutions, and thoughtfully aligned learning and development strategies that elevate the skills, capabilities, and performance of teams, thought leaders, stakeholders, and partners. Over the past decade and a half, I’ve continuously emphasized the importance of capacity building, best practices, and continued education while partnering with leadership teams to identify, define, and prioritize organizational goals—further evaluating programmatic performance, policies, and processes to maintain alignment with core principles and methodology, building and executing tangible development plans, and advocating for DEI as well as cultural responsiveness in the workplace.
