“There are two kinds of people, those who do the work and those who take the credit.”Finding a creative solution to a problem and getting the work done has always been the most important objectives in any job for me. I don’t mind getting my hands dirty or doing junior work if that means the task is getting done. I always go the extra mile to implement new procedures, simplify tasks & help my colleges. I am a quiet person who works in the background to get the work done more than seeking credit for work or showing up only for the spotlight.I started my career at the lowest level and rose to where I am today while gaining experience in a vast array of fields and proving that I can adapt to any dynamic task or situation. I lead a team of +25 people as a team Lead and my teams accomplishments and my managers appraisals stands for the quality of work I have done. I have managed my team without any conflicts with any other departments or the management and has improved each and every colleague under my supervision to a level where they can work on projects independently or collaboratively depending on the situation.I enjoy my free times reading about new technology, exploring lore articles in Fandom, playing video games, watching movies, catching up on TV series & anime. I’m passionate about helping stray animals and helping my family and friends with their problems.
