Triple Bay, Red Sea - AMAALA Project: It is an ultra-luxury tourism destination in which the current company scope consists of 250+ Hotels and Villas with luxury residences, high-end retail, fine dining, and wellness facilities that expand over 700,000 sqm on the Red Sea coast in northwestern Saudi Arabia.Duties and Responsibilities;• Assess tender documents to ensure comprehensive information for tender preparation.• Facilitate the inquiry process with sub-contractors, evaluating returned tenders.• Conduct negotiation meetings with sub-contractors and suppliers to optimize project terms.• Prepare and submit interim payment valuations for actual work completed on site.• Manage variations, extra works, and claims, submitting them to the consultant for approval.• Verify and prepare payment bills for sub-contractors, issuing payment certificates.• Represent the company as a Quantity Surveyor in project progress meetings.• Handle the preparation and evaluation of interim claims, negotiating with consultants and sub-contractors on variation orders.• Conduct in-depth studies of tender documents, specifications, and drawings.• Monitor actual and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) unit costs regularly.• Perform site measurements as required for accurate project assessment.• Execute the setting out of works in alignment with drawings and specifications.• Generate technical queries to address unclear items in collaboration with the consultant.• Compile record drawings and technical reports, including Inspection requests, Material Inspection requests, Material Submittal Forms, and test reports.• Conduct measurement and valuation in collaboration with the project quantity surveyor.• Coordinate with the company or project purchasing department to ensure purchase orders align with specified requirements.
