- Collaborate with stakeholders to successfully develop 10-15 community events and programs per semester. - Manage event logistics to ensure compliance with regulations and laws, satisfaction of participants, and resolution of any problems that arise.- Collaborate with Business Operations to process payments and reimbursements. - Cultivate and maintain business contacts associated with events and programs.- Prepare budget proposals and recommendations. - Streamline processes for collecting program resources and data management.- Compile and evaluate program data for reporting to funders.- Manage student intern program and supervise student workers.

- Plan, coordinate, and implement quarterly community events, classroom presentations, trainings, service projects, and weekly lunchtime, after school, and summer programming for youth.- Develop and coordinate quarterly workshops for youth with traumatic brain injury.- Manage peer educator program.- Develop program curriculum and peer educator training manual.- Collect and evaluate program data and make recommendations for improvement.- Write grant proposals and reports.- Manage administrative tasks such as bill pay, accounting, payroll, billing to funders, procurement of supplies.
