Executed multi-disciplinary EPIC / EPC projects with clients like QatarEnergy, Qatargas, OryxGTL, Doplhin Energy, QAFCO etc.Developed and monitored project baseline schedules, s-curves, histograms, project controls, reporting and progress measurement procedures.Assumed lead role in the assessment and preparation of variations / claims Generated Master / Engineering Document and Deliverable register in support with the Engineering Department. Identified the Long lead materials crucial for the project delivery and ensured that the orders are processed with the stipulated time and cost.Tracked the MTO for changes in the material quantities and monitored the bulk material required for project execution. Identified the critical path and near critical paths in project baseline schedule and took alerted the project management team to take preemptive actions to clear the bottlenecks that could be created during project execution.Developed a detailed level 5 schedule for Fabrication and Construction activities in coordination with Construction team and was instrumental in formulating advance work packages for these activities.Developed a MCC, Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning tracker for monitoring the close out of various subsystems. Monitored the monthly costs incurred in the project against the approved budget. Prepared forecast costs based on the balance works to be carried out and reported to management any red flag events such cost outruns, major delays etc.Foresee potential risks from performed risk analysis and advise strategies to transfer, avoid, mitigate or minimize potential impact.Notified all stake holders any change events in the project and alerted them for the action to be taken to counter and/or resolve the change event.Performed Delay Analysis utilizing various methodologies in accordance with recommended practices of AACE and SCL.

Part of Project Controls Team for Polypropylene Plant and Storage facilities Construction as a part of $2.7 Billion Naphtha cracker project of Indian Oil Corporation - Panipat Refinery, Haryana, India, which is currently the largest Naphtha cracker unit in India as when commissioned on February 2011. Was part of the team which monitored construction of 750m x 80m warehouse for storage and bagging of Polypropylene, which is currently Asia's largest warehouse in terms of floor area.I was involved in the preparation of Level 5 schedule in Primavera P3 (Level 4 was done in excel), resource loading involving around 4500 activities and monitoring of progress in coordination with the Project controls team of Main contractor.

Major Projects- Worked as Planning engineer for Cross country pipeline project for Single Point Mooring system of Kochi Refinery. Involved in fabrication and erection of 750NB pipes along 25 km including land, backwater and major road crossing. Involved in drafting plan for reducing the downtime due to major road crossing inside Cochin City with cooperation with City Planning and Traffic authorities.- Worked as Fabrication engineer for Construction of Gates and Penstock for Upper and Lower Kolab Power Project in Orissa, India for M/s Meenakshi Power Ltd. Invovled in Fabrication of 4m dia penstocks upto and thier erection from Surge Shaft to a Depth of 25m Power Houses.Involved in Fabrication of Gates for Surge shaft.
